Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful, but it works best with clear, specific instructions. If you’re vague about what you want, your subconscious doesn’t know how to guide you toward it. Think of this as your opportunity to give the universe (and your mind) a clear roadmap.
How to Get in the Zone
Before you begin, take a moment to relax and center yourself. Here are a few tips to help you tune into your true desires:
Take a few deep breaths. Clear your mind and focus on the present moment.
Visualize your perfect day or life. Imagine everything as if it’s already happened. What are you doing? How do you feel?
Tap into your emotions. Focus on how you want to feel (joyful, abundant, free) rather than just the things you want. This helps bring out your core desires.
Now that you’re grounded, let’s start thinking about what you want to manifest. Be honest with yourself, and don’t hold back. This is your time to dream big!
1. Your Financial Abundance
What would financial freedom look like to you? Be as specific as possible. If you have a certain amount of money in mind, write it down. But also think about how it will feel to have financial ease in your life.
Is there a specific financial goal you’d like to achieve? You can include an exact amount or a general sense of financial freedom, like “I want to have more than enough for travel, investments, and personal growth.”
Tip:
It’s okay to write down a specific dollar amount (e.g., "I want to make $10,000 a month").Focus on the emotions tied to financial abundance: freedom, security, joy, generosity. Don’t focus on what’s lacking right now; instead, imagine how it will feel once you have the financial abundance.
2. Your Career & Purpose
How would you like to show up in your career? Is there a job, business, or creative passion you want to explore? Think about your ideal work-life balance and the impact you want to make. Do you want to be seen as a leader? Have an impact on others?
Tip:
Be specific about the role or work you want, including titles, industries, or outcomes. Focus on the feeling of fulfillment, impact, and excitement in your work. Avoid writing down things you don’t want in your career. Focus on what excites you instead.
3. Relationships & Love
What kind of relationships do you want in your life? Think about romantic, familial, and friendships. How do these relationships make you feel? What kind of partner do you want to attract, or how do you want to show up in your current relationship?
What does a thriving, supportive relationship look like for you? describe the kind of connection you crave.
Tip:
Think about the qualities you want in the relationships, like trust, love, excitement, or support. Be specific if you want to manifest certain experiences with loved ones (e.g., a deep romantic connection, closer bonds with family).Don’t dwell on past or current relationship struggles; focus on the relationships you want to create.
4. Health & Well-being
What does optimal health look like for you? Think about physical health, emotional well-being, and mental clarity. Picture yourself at your healthiest—how does that feel, and what are you doing?
Tip:
Be specific about your health goals, whether it’s losing weight, increasing energy, or building strength. Focus on feeling vibrant, healthy, and alive in your body. Don’t focus on illness or symptoms—focus on the positive state of health you’re manifesting.
5. Lifestyle & Fun
How do you want to spend your time and enjoy your life? Think about hobbies, travel, new experiences, or daily activities that would bring you joy and excitement. Think about how you want to feel daily—confident, happy, peaceful, energetic?
Tip:
Be specific about the things that bring you joy—whether it’s traveling, learning new skills, or spending time with family. Focus on creating a lifestyle that feels fulfilling and aligned with your true desires. Don’t focus on what you can’t do now; focus on what you want to experience in the future.
6. What do you want to experience or create in your life right now?
It could be related to health, relationships, career, money, or personal growth.
7. Describe your ideal living situation.
What does your dream home look and feel like? Where is it located? What’s the energy of that space?
These are just prompts to get you thinking about the things in life that really matter. You can go deep into how you'd like to feel on the regular, things you'd like to have, etc.
Take your time with this and come back to it if you're feeling stuck. If you are having uncomfortable, "ehh" type feelings come up in any of these sections - make note of that! There's likely some deep rooted (negative) beliefs on the topic and we can address that too.
